How to check order status?

Step 1: Login to your account on our website https://theartconnect.in/


Step 2: Visit the "My account" page on our website: https://theartconnect.in/account or by clicking on the "Account" Icon on the top right side of our website next to the search icon.


Step 3: On your account page (https://theartconnect.in/account) you will find Order History Details. Order History will have an account of all your orders along with Payment Status and Fulfillment Status.


Step 4: Check for the fulfillment status for the corresponding order you would like to track. 

  • If Fulfillment status is " Unfulfilled": The order is being processed and is yet to be dispatched.
  • If Fulfillment status is " Fulfilled": The order has been dispatched/picked up the courier partner.

Step 5: Once your order is updated with the fulfilled status you can click on the order number (e.g TAC1234) on the account page (https://theartconnect.in/account) under the order history details. This will redirect you to the particular order page where you can find all order related details.


Step 6: Copy the AWB Number without the hash tag (eg. If Tracking Number is FEDEX#1234564654656 then copy 1234564654656 ) and click on the " Track shipment" option. 


Step 7: You can copy and paste your AWB Number in the link to track your order. 


Please Note: By default an email notification is sent for all orders once fulfilled i.e. shipped from our end along with tracking information.
